Понимаю, сайт новый.... но очень неудобный форум на мой взгляд. Форум лучше сделать самый обычный(с аваторами, подписями и т.д.) Так же хотелось бы оформление сайта изменить. С этим могу помочь, если будут конкретные предложения.

Цвета красный с черным не плохо. Но их используют почти во всех похожих сайтах. Попробуйте что-то вроде черного и фиолотового.
